Hudson West is a modern townhome development located in the heart of the master-planned community of Greenwich. These trendy brownstones are well located to provide upscale living with easy access to the mountains, hiking trails, bike paths and the river without being too far from the downtown core.
Before the project launched, Hudson West wanted to make sure they were distinguishing themselves with a strong brand presence, a logo and a tone that uniquely positioned them apart from their competitors. Pulling from the surrounding natural landscape and proximity to all nature has to offer, Chatterson designed a logo featuring wood textures juxtaposed with stacked boxes reflecting the architecture of the project.

Following the successful launch of the logo, Chatterson worked closely with the team at Hudson West to communicate their story and drive widespread awareness for the project. Working in focused design sprints, we helped build momentum through a brand new website, the strategic development of several targeted advertising campaigns, and the design and production of a compelling sales centre experience.
