Chatterson is searching for client-savvy Account Managers who are obsessed with details, deadlines and diplomacy. We’re a fast-paced studio specializing real estate and destination marketing, and we need veteran client-wranglers to work alongside our high-performing accounts team. If you’re proposal and PR pro, a strategic savant, a master of mediation and an expert estimator, you could be the one for us.
On top of your degree in a communications field, you’ll come with 3+ years’ experience working client-side in a real estate, hospitality or agency environment. Your writing skills are top of the class, and your organization abilities are the envy of your professional peers.

  • Masterful client communications and ensuring compliance with deliverables
  • Clearly conveying clients’ goals and interests to the team
  • Providing regular two-way communication between the client and team, ensuring strong team representation and setting realistic client expectations
  • Understanding Chatterson’s breadth of services, and effectively communicating our expertise to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create and execute strategic marketing and communications programs for a diverse client roster
  • Budget creation and management
  • Estimating and proposal development
  • Coordinating and participating in the research, writing, editing and approval of marketing materials for a variety of client projects
  • Monitoring daily media and current events for issues as they pertain to individual clients and the industries we serve
  • Working alongside the accounts team to implement high-impact community relations initiatives, public relations strategies and event coordination

Back that Up

  • 4-year degree in communications or related field preferred. 2-year diploma will also be considered
  • 3+ years’ experience working within the real estate industry or in an agency environment in a client-support role
  • Showcase exceptional customer service and confidence in all communications, include phone, email and face-to-face
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Superior writing skills
  • Computer and social media savvy
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite an asset
