With a passion for strategy, communications and the client experience, Emma has been marketing real estate with Chatterson since 2010. As VP of Client Success, she ensures all projects are beautifully executed while delivering outstanding service and support for our clients. Whether developing high-level strategies or finding that perfect headline, Emma loves shepherding projects from brainstorm to delivery.
Ashley Lloyd, MBA
Director of Strategy
After spending over a decade working in the retail marketing industry, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to the Chatterson team. As Director of Strategy, Ashley is the strategic lead for client projects, ensuring all initiatives are executed and delivered beyond expectations. A soft spot for numbers and a love for copywriting and organization strengthens her ability to navigate the many diverse partnerships with Chatterson’s clientele. Ashley holds a Marketing Diploma, Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Master of Business Administration.
Stephen Fast
Director of Growth
Stephen is an inspiring, enthusiastic, creative professional that thrives on capturing and improving the customer journey while finding innovative approaches to collaboration and deepening prospective partnerships. With over 13 years of aviation experience at WestJet Airlines, Stephen managed numerous sales and operational teams for WestJet and WestJet Vacations, supported and fostered corporate and strategic account growth, established new revenue streams and partnerships, and won numerous sales and leadership awards for his contributions and hard work. Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in general management from the University of Lethbridge and sits on the Nose Creek Swim Association (NCSA) board as the Director of Fundraising.
Jason Hardy

Chatterson’s chairman and founder Jason Hardy brings passion and focused expertise to the world of real estate development. A serial entrepreneur and an influential industry leader, he is also a business school instructor and sought-after speaker. Jason holds the role of executive director of the Real Estate Development Institute (REDI), sits on the Management Advisory Council for the Haskayne School of Business and is an advisory board member and committee chair for the Westman Centre for Real Estate Studies.
