As agency of record for Canada Lands Company (CLC), Chatterson worked closely with the CLC team to build brand awareness, engage residents and drive traffic to builders through a variety of marketing initiatives, solidifying Currie’s reputation as one of Calgary’s most vibrant inner-city communities.  

We created video, photography and illustrated assets to showcase this unique community that combines historical elements and modern convenience. We successfully leveraged these assets through a variety of marketing initiatives including an extensive new signage program, targeted ad campaigns, a resident-focused blog series, well-attended community events, a new website and a suite of builder collateral.
