Chatterson was tasked with evolving the Excel Homes brand to better embody its renewed commitment to simplicity and transparency, while remaining cohesive with and still leveraging the existing brand equity.

We began with a collaborative discovery session with key stakeholders from Excel Homes to uncover insights about the brand and its forward-thinking approach. We unpacked the existing brand and redefined its brand story, positioning and visual identity. The clean, bubbly and approachable new brand was then woven throughout reimagined collateral and a brand campaign reintroducing Excel Homes to the market and through fresh new website design and development.
