Both natural and designed, The Woods evokes the tranquil feeling of living in nature amongst 33ft Aspen forests, with the convenience of nearby essential commercial and residential amenities. Chatterson was engaged to create a digital and OOH marketing campaign to drive sales of lots in The Woods and bring traffic to the luxury front-drive showhomes. Tactics included billboards, print ads, radio, digital ads, organic social media engagement initiatives and a dedicated landing page.
