Chatterson worked with Brookfield Residential from the early stages of the Seton community development to establish an identity that reflected the unique selling propositions of the location and aligned with the parent brand.

With Seton poised to become the urban hub for all of south Calgary, the brand needed to reflect this vibrant energy. The playful creative elements and engaging messaging developed for Seton were threaded throughout all deliverables under Chatterson’s purview, including a multi-channel marketing campaign, guerrilla awareness tactics and custom app development, as well as signage and sales centre design within the community environment.
